Mark and Jane contacted Premier Property Search in September 2017 as the family were moving back to Hampshire from Melbourne after emigrating nine years earlier.
They had already identified a school for their two children and needed to either buy or rent a house before Christmas 2017. Realistically finding a house to purchase whilst also ensuring any renovation and re-decoration had been carried out ready for occupation within 3 months, was going to be challenging.
Premier Property Search were able to get access to a selection of houses to buy and rent, none of which were on the open market and all required discussions with the owners to ensure they could meet the time constraints of a move by December.
After some carefully orchestrated viewings and negotiations including top to bottom redecoration of the chosen rental property, arrangements were made for rental furniture to be in place, some furniture to be shipped and installed prior to the family's arrival as well as transport organised for the pets; Milky the dog and 2 cats, in time for Christmas.
It’s hard to overestimate how much you have done for us. I honestly can’t believe it. Without you, we would have been in such a muddle and be facing an empty, cold and miserable house on our arrival! The difference you have made to our start back in the UK is immense. I don’t know that I will ever be able to fully thank you enough.
