Private client fees for property search and negotiation
By retaining Premier Property Search, you are 'buying into' a professional and personal property finding service which is tailored to meet each clients' needs, requirements and time scales.
We advise buyers and tenants on finding, securing and negotiating to acquire their ideal property. Our knowledge and experience is underpinned with many years of property acquisition experience - finding the best properties in all price ranges and making sure our clients buy or rent at the right price.
Our clients can be assured that our total commitment, loyalty and professional judgement is given in their best interests.
Our fee structure is straightforward.
Fees for the full property finding service (either buying or renting a suitable property) comprise of an initial registration fee, payable on signing our terms and conditions.
- A final fee is payable when contracts to buy a property are exchanged. This is usually based on a % of the negotiated purchase price.
or - When a tenancy agreement is signed.
We also offer a bespoke property negotiation service and have a separate scale of fees when we are asked to negotiate on a property that may not have been found or sourced by ourselves or on building plots or structures/buildings for residential conversion.
All fees are subject to VAT.
